My first birthday was great! We celebrated a couple of days early and all of my grandparents and some of my aunts, uncles, and cousins were there.

We went to the zoo and saw lots of fun animals. Then we went to the park and had a big picnic. I wasn’t big into eating my cake, but I fed some to my mom and she seemed to like it.

I even got to eat more cake on my real birthday. My mom had to hose me down after that.
